Our standard shipping option is Royal Mail First Class, which is free for most items. This service typically delivers within 2-3 working days.

We also offer Royal Mail Special Delivery Guaranteed by 1pm® This service typically delivers within 1-2 working days.

We use all major carriers, and local courier partners such as Royal Mail. You’ll be asked to select a delivery method during checkout.

We are not personal shoppers however, if you have seen the item on our page before we are more than happy to make a note.

Please refer to your own tracking details given to you by Royal Mail when returning the parcel. Once the item is shown as Delivered/Signed for it will take us up to 48 hours to process the return. Please make sure you have followed the returns procedure correctly as this can cause a delay in processing.
