Delivery Timeframes:
UK Delivery:
- Standard Delivery: Free delivery on orders, expected delivery within 2-4 working days
- Express Delivery: Prices start from £7.99, based on the order size, weight and size of the package, expected delivery next working day for orders placed before 16:00 (4PM)
- Europe Delivery:
- Standard EU Delivery: Prices start from £14.99, expected delivery within 5-7 working days, depending on the destination country and local postal
International Delivery (Outside Europe):
- Standard Int. Delivery:Prices start from £23.99, expected delivery is 7-14 working days, but please note that customs procedures may cause delays.

Returns & Refunds:
Our Returns Policy
Your satisfaction is important to us. If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase from Fairchild Fashion, we offer a 14-day return policy. This means you have 14 days from the date of delivery to return the item for a refund (shipping costs excluded), exchange, or credit note.
Refunds will be processed within 3 working days of receiving and accepting the returned item(s) at our premises. Exchanges and credit notes will be processed on the same working day. Please note that the processing time of your refund by your payment provider may vary, so we recommend contacting the relevant third-party provider for more information.
Please be aware that swimwear, underwear, socks, and gift cards are non-returnable items. However, we are happy to provide detailed and precise measurements upon request to help you find the best size and fit for these items.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition as when you received it, and in its original packaging with all tags and security labels intact. We conduct thorough quality checks before dispatching items to ensure their condition. Please note that returns will not be accepted if the tags have been removed and reattached to the product. Additionally, we cannot accept returns for items that have been worn, washed, damaged, or altered in any way.
To initiate a return, please visit our returns centre here and provide your order number and reason for return. We will then provide you with the necessary information to complete the return process. Please ensure that you return the item(s) within 14 days from the delivery date. Please note that the buyer is responsible for the return shipping costs, and the item must be returned using a Royal Mail delivery service.
We want to emphasize that we thoroughly inspect all returned items, and we will be able to identify if an item has been worn, washed, damaged, or had its tags removed. We reserve the right to reject a return if the item(s) arrive in a different condition from what was sent. In such cases, the buyer will be responsible for the postage required to return the item(s) to their address.

- Items must be returned in the same condition as when they were sent.
- Items must be returned using Royal Mail or other tracked services.
PLEASE NOTE: in accordance with the cancelling goods act (here), We are entitled to claim back loss made as a direct cause of the cancellation, the fee will vary dependant on payment processor used:

Sale Items (if applicable)
As stated on gov.uk, "Customers have the same rights to refunds when purchasing items on sale as they do when purchasing items at full price." Therefore, our returns policy applies equally to sale items.
Defects/Damages
We take great care in ensuring the quality of our products before dispatch. If, however, you need to return an item due to a defect or damage, please send an email to support@fairchildfashion.co.uk, including your order number, pictures of the defect or damage, and any additional information. We will evaluate the situation and determine if a full refund is warranted. Please note that we cannot accept returns for items that have been washed, altered, or damaged due to normal wear and tear.
Sourced Items
Items sourced on request are non-returnable for a full refund; however, we do offer exchanges for these items. This policy applies exclusively to our external personal shopping service. All items permanently listed on our website are eligible for return.
